Potentially creates a lot more work for the reviewer who will have to treat everything as if it's coming from the person who makes the most mistakes. Maybe they should be doing that anyway?
I argue yes, subjectivity blindness of bugs is super bad, especially in our industry. Every commit should be treated as if from the street, unwashed and needle still in arm.
