Until a participant can be held accountable for their contribution to a discussion that is facilitated by someone who can be held accountable, they do not have a right to contribute to a discussion that is facilitated by someone who is accountable.

Newspapers are accountable for not breaking Newspapers laws, Twitter isn't. That is until Twitter decides to act as a newspaper, but is still not accountable to follow those laws, effectively breaking the law. Why do you even think this audience is happening, genius?
