Stop fucking up your bullshit DeFi scams and expecting exchanges to bail you out. I will not accept your attempt at externalizing the cost of your hasty, reckless rollout. Invest in audits, insurance and please DYOR. Taking your losses is the only way to enlightenment.

You serious? This coming from the guys who delisted BSV because.... no actual reasoning besides some bullshit hearsay dogma. From a twitter poll.. blog.kraken.com/post/2274/krak guess its just a massive coincidence BSV has more tx/s than BTC and BCH combined. And cheaper. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Thank you! If the BSV community can ever find it in their heart to compensate us for the frivolous BSV-related lawsuit, and commit to financing defense against all future frivolous BSV-related lawsuits against anyone, we might consider it.

Thats a fair statement. BSV is a computer protocol right? Just like all other cryptos. Please explain to me how any of that is comparable. What has this protocol done, which relates to you having frivulous BSV related lawsuit. I might be out of the loop. What am i missing?

The faces of BSV are behind the lawsuit. If the community denounces and separates from them, we could talk. So far, it seems like they speak for BSV. They’re still suing people.

Fair enough. You're angry at certain actors who support BSV? every right to be. And I get that, that seems pretty shit for you. But at the same time, BSV is just a computer protocol. Its also the ONLY current project going for big blocks. You want no exposure on your platform?

You can try to flex but at the end of the day, you lost respect from a lot of people. I denounce frivolous lawsuits but also will laugh as you are forced to relist bsv or are ousted from kraken

Sorry, we don't do Proof Of Social Media. Lawsuits happen in business all the time. It's for the courts to decide what's frivolous and what's not, not you or some fictitious "community." If Craig's in the wrong it will cost him dearly. Twitter scolding is completely irrelevant.
