You can use custom uBlock filters to hide these elements.
It's useful for removing the gameify features, like when they space out your notifications to keep you engaged

How do we eliminate having to see Tweets in our timeline that people we follow like?
Ex. I may follow someone for their perspective on economy but forced to see every political tweet they like...
Would be great to be able to “unfollow tweets liked by (name)”
