You can't make this stuff up. This timeline is beyond twisted. Certainly didn't see a banking license in the cards when we set out on this mission 9 years ago. We have come full circle, crypto. Looking forward to banking you all and banning the accounts of sketchy fiat peddlers.

The way I read it, possibly less intrusive, & shared with fewer third parties, as they will now have authority on what they estimate is needed, instead of being constantly afraid to be punished by financial partners having authority over them. Maybe I'm missing something

Nailed it. It's often our banking partners who require extreme KYC, above and beyond what is ordinarily required. It's because they don't understand the risks of crypto and they'd rather overdo it than underdo it to cover themselves. If we're the bank, we can use our own rules.
