It's really hard to find something nice that isn't huge and tacky. There's a shortage of < 5k sqft luxury homes.
If there are any builders out there, make sure you dedicate rooms to:
* 1-2 home offices
* home crossfit gym w/ high ceilings
* VR rubber room
