I think we can all agree that there should be a federal mandate for police body cams, as well as having 360 degree cameras mounted on the top of all cop cars. What percentage of cops are wearing body cams right now? I wonder what % are actually working?

What is the average training in months for police offers in the United States? Whatever it is, we need to double or triple it, & send everyone back at teach deescalation, empathy, & have them all read Never Split the Difference (to understand language/questions as a tool)

Police are engaged in too many non-criminal, non-violent incidents where someone just needs help. We shouldn't be sending armed combatants/enforcers to handle basic social welfare situations. We also need to stop with the fear-based kill training:

These dudes are pipelined-in from rousting 5th world rock throwers in Southwest Asia after a stint of US foreign adventurism. The only “work” they know is force & violence. Tactics they’re using now on the US domestic population are transferable.
