Some will find this disgusting. Some will find the sense of humor endearing. Every guy I went to HS/college with made these kinds of jokes with each other all the time. If a guy winked as he walked by the all-male wrestling team, it would be a miracle if this joke wasn't made.

I never said it was ok. Up to the lady if it was ok or not. We can only speculate. I’m just saying that friends (and friendly coworkers with a great relationship) make these jokes all the time and nobody is offended by it.

As a kid I mocked the disabled kid next door. As a teenager I made bad jokes about homosexuals. Society moves on, in most cases for the good. Jokes like this is a prime example when it is time to move on, especially when they come from a man with such despicable reputation.
