Some will find this disgusting. Some will find the sense of humor endearing. Every guy I went to HS/college with made these kinds of jokes with each other all the time. If a guy winked as he walked by the all-male wrestling team, it would be a miracle if this joke wasn't made.

It's not a high schooler, it's a 74 year old man saying it in a work place. But it's more about how she took it. Was it a joke? Did they have that kind of relationship? Only she can answer that.
