Pretty good deal but I wonder what the maintenance costs are.
Property taxes, maintenance, heat, water, sewer, electricity, garbage, landscaping, snow removal, etc. have to be pretty hefty.

No property taxes if they keep the non-profit status.
And the campus has a state-of-the-art solar array and biomass heating system (mentioned in the article); costs money to maintain that but the input close is close to zero as there's not electricity/heating oil/gas.
