Pomp please ask him this question: Say Gold goes nuts (like #Bitcoin did in 2017). People fomo in, and price rises like never before. Then, suddenly it goes down by 50% and stays in that range for a couple of years. Would that mean Gold is useless/pointless? Obviously Not.
