re: #TaxCABillionaires CA has the highest taxes in the nation. CA could raise more money by reducing taxes. Counter-intuitive but when you reduce fees, volume increases. The rich are fleeing CA because of high taxes. Unbundle the government. Let's see what we're paying for.

Owning a mansion in CA doesn't mean it's your tax home. Many are locked in to ultra low property taxes and will never sell. If you physically need to work in a studio in Hollywood, you might be trapped but more people are moving out and commuting in, or going full remote.
