How much of a city's police budget comes from the state or federal government? What happens if a city decides that the city's police are only going to enforce a specific set of laws that is agreed upon at the city level?

I don’t know. I would think it would be. I used to promote for my business and I had to do it. But I did say promoted under it when I saw it. No worries.
