Comparing whites vs blacks without knowing total pop is worthless. Also, what were the other circumstances? How about murders without guns? Murders where the victim was already completely subdued? Murders where the alleged crime was a misdemeanor or less?

Pretty sure those are legitimate questions. Regardless, there have been enough videos of police brutality against citizens in general to even warrant delving into statistics to notice a problem. Police should police themselves first if they don't want the criticism.
