Who you need to convince of this? Do you also have to argue with your friends about whether the sky is blue? P.S. if you have an employees you need to say this to you should fire them, before they fire you.

You'd think it'd be self evident. The media is perpetuating the language and the narrative. There are protestors and then there are criminals disguised as protestors. Hopefully, don't have any employees that need to hear this but with nearly 1000 of them, you never know.
