Why was he chasing a kid with a machete? Even if that was completely unjustified, it doesn't justify the (attempted) murder. Can't complain about cops being reckless with force and also justify murdering a man after he has obviously been subdued, no matter what he did.

And those cops kill unarmed people. Under SOP in both police and military forces any persons armed with a deadly weapons is considered an enemy combatant and lethal force is allowed. This is a standard around the world. (For a reason)
