If UC & Cal State are doing online only in the Fall, why not *increase* the number of international students admitted? Still a huge market for US degrees, they don’t need to be housed, and could solve a portion of the cash crunch... 🤔

You could argue the variable cost (and value) of online is materially different than in person, providing more flexibility to increase enrollment without a significant drop in quality.

Alternatively, you could say quality of in person is higher than online, so to keep area under the curve the same you need more students. 🤷‍♂️
