As someone who lost 20lbs in the last 2 months reclining on a couch 16 hours a day, let me say that it’s super easy to lose weight just by eating less, and it’s super easy to not be hungry if you’re carnivoring and not exercising. Exercise doesn’t burn all that many calories.
It's going very well -- thank you! Still another 4 weeks of taking it easy and not being allowed to pick up more than 10lbs, which has the up side of exempting me from a bunch of chores :). Crazy to think that 2 weeks ago I was completely debilitated with pain beyond imagination
