ioube @ioube·May 11, 2020For me the trick was to ditch cushioned shoes and switch to something much more minimalist (e.g., @XeroShoes). Takes time to get used to it, but after a few weeks, my posture naturally adjusted and back/knee pain disappeared! 👌23
