Its the USD longs' money. It's called a post-mine. The Foundation issues a load of new coins to itself, diluting all the existing hodlers. It uses those coins to buy a basket of its homies' failed 💩coins to pump the price. So, the value of each USD is down but 💩 is up. Buy 💩.
