Disappointing recruiting process.
While ticking all the boxes like never a job before and after an engaging entry test like never an entry test before, all the feedback they could come back with was "Thank you for your efforts but we've decided to not move forward"🤔🤔

They haven't even replied to my request for more info. Pretty bad considering I believed it to be an ethical company. If they do not bother giving more feedback (many companies do!!!) to failed candidates, I wonder if they do bother at all about their lower-tier staff.

Hi Emi, I looked in to your application. Indeed, the decision seems to be entirely based on the test score. Companies often cannot give specific feedback about hiring decisions because it creates liability and opens the door to debate. I'm sorry it didn't work out. Best of luck!

Hi Jesse, thanks for taking the time to look into my application. You might be aware the test is pretty hard for an entry one, requires research and study. The least Kraken can do is award the candidate with proper feedback.
