I don't return the company's cash to investors because CASH IS AN ENTERPRISE VALUE MULTIPLIER Consider valuation in these scenarios * $200m cash, 24mos of runway w/ 0 revenue. * $50m, 6mos, 0 * $10m, 1mo, 0 It's insurance and optionality. It's the ability to play the long game

Yes, it makes sense, but please use a greater percentage of it to improve your trading engine's reliability and ultimately your enterprise's value.

Thank you Jesse for the reply, I appreciate it. Funny thing is I'm a long-term investor and bought all bitcoins that I have from Kraken, but the one time I wanted to sell and almost simultaneously buy back at a lower price the engine just froze and lost a percentage of my #btc...

Ouch :( I'm sorry for the terrible experience. Hopefully, we've improved substantially since then but you can never predict all the issues going on with the Internet around the world, DDoS attacks, etc. We try our best and we're getting better all the time.

Have noticed good changes last year or so. Good to see. Can you reduce clicks on UI though, total pain placing an order, clicking orderbook tab, place order, click orders tab to check if active etc. That area needs improvement imho.
