Is this like waving a magic wand and costs disappear? Do you mean the state/taxpayer will be reimbursing health insurance cos for all their out of pocket costs?
I’m wondering what the conversations in the board rooms look like. The insurance companies must want to take this to court but they also don’t want bad publicity. They’re probably working out a strategy of if and when to sue.

Don’t over think it. It’s been waived. If you start wondering how insurance companies will recoup any losses you won’t love the answer.
