Robinhood was supposed to be the tech savvy alternative to the old-school stock brokerages -- helping it to a valuation of $7.6 billion. Then its technology stopped work at the moment it was needed the most.

For Robinhood's future, the question is how many of the customers who are now promising to leave the app actually do so -- and how much of its customers' losses the company is forced to cover. You don't see many customers saying they plan to stay.

As of Dec, had 10m accounts. Many is a relative term. You don't see many saying anything at all. People tend not to announce plans for no changes. We know from crypto exchange outages that if you can't withdraw, people don't leave when things are back to normal.
I was super pissed of by kraken not working in 2017 under high volume. I was 100% sure I would leave but I didn't and I propably stay for ever because it is the best exchange after all.
