If I were against free speech, I wouldn't have personally donated thousands of dollars to the EFF. This is about someone who took a cash payment in exchange for their silence. They broke their silence and kept the cash. As advocates for privacy, we will pursue such breaches.

Well I hope your vindictiveness and petty retribution is worth the horrible publicity you and your company so are getting and richly deserve. I suspect there will be a lot more Glassdoor posts about how awful it is to work at Kraken.

What is wrong with enforcing a contract where you paid the money and the counter party robbed you? I don't mind the publicity around Kraken taking contracts that protect privacy seriously.
