Just got an email from transcription service Temi saying they are more then doubling their rates — from 10 cents a minute to 25 cents a minute — as of March 2. They justify it by saying their service has gotten lots better. I may be switching soon. Anyone got a recommendation?

Maybe it could have been introduced with a bit more notice but it sounds like Rev believes that the market rate for the easiest jobs is less than what they were paying and they're betting on it. Presumably, they have the data and people with more valuable time will move on.
