Was talking to some youngsters about startup life. We had very different views on one topic: where is the line between a boss being a “bully” and a boss being appropriately demanding. Are the kids getting soft or do people feel trapped in jobs where they’re getting low marks?

Not a labor-for-cash trade but rather a place where you go to be educated, provided opportunities, fulfilled, build your network — so long as it’s never uncomfortable because you’d rather be broke, living at home while you try to become an influencer/streamer in that case.

Really? Cash-for-labor days are GONE, long time ago. Just like life-long employment, with *paid* overtime and defined benefit pension - is also gone. What do you bring to the table to make up for all that's gone? Just cash? Ghosted. You must be really out of touch with reality.
