Does anyone know of a project management tool that can give a visualization of the whole org as a network graph with groupings for departments/teams, zoom levels for epics/projects/tasks/subtasks? I'm tired of working in 1d space, drilling up and down. Need lateral movement.

You can use Jira. You can create an org plan that has epics than then map to stories and tasks on different teams. The plan view lets you drill down to task level across teams. DM if you need help
