Does anyone know of a project management tool that can give a visualization of the whole org as a network graph with groupings for departments/teams, zoom levels for epics/projects/tasks/subtasks? I'm tired of working in 1d space, drilling up and down. Need lateral movement.

you need a graph database. #Neo4j is one such open source library — it has an enterprise version but you wouldn’t need that for something as simple as what you’re doing. There are visualization libraries like neovis that you’d want to learn.

I’m using neo4j in a proof of concept I’ve been working on for a long time - goal is to build a web of trust based rep system for decentralized social media. I think it’s going to help me speed things along. Cypherpunks need to know about graph databases!
