I think it's a huge red flag when a CEO acts like this. Look at what the company LedgerX just had to do - sack its co-founders, for starting beef with CFTC. It's just immaturity, or something is eating these guys from the inside and these combative statements are a form of denial

Hey, Kyle. I appreciate the management tips. Always interested in hearing the opinions of other leaders who have built/run billion dollar companies.
In this specific case, NY was the hostile aggressor. Kraken had no business in NY. Out of social responsibility, we pushed back.
The timeline was pretty ridiculous, IMHO.
