Even if you were reincarnated your personality would be gone so is it really even the same you or just another person. It's like when someone gets brain damage and has a personality change. The essence of who you are is gone.

Yeah, would be another person entirely with no recollection of or connection to past lives (except when there's a glitch in the simulation).

Completing a play on hard mode till the end could earn you an ability on all your other play through . Completing the game on normal settings can give you abilities to navigate other play playthroughs personality and mentality to overcome obstacles that would have discouraged

The exact same scenario cam play out differently after learning in other completions . Opening familiar but previously closed options . De ja vu would be rampant in such scenarios
