Assume employee will since relocation costs are hugely variable and the employee could choose to nomad eternally. Maybe company covers a one-way ticket anywhere in the world. After that you're on your own.

Nomading is totally the way to go btw.... especially w/ my family Curious, who pays internet and other potential remote nomad benefits - like coffee or a health/workout monthly stipends? Or are those part of $ compensation?

5g is about to make it faster than the Fiber I had in my house in Austin 🙄 But there’s so much more considerations I need to make now for security - when fully wireless.
