The issue with US health care is really that doctors effectively formed a monopoly.. you need a license to practice and there is a fixed number of licenses given out

It's great that doctors still have a choice. I'm glad that they are not forced to provide their services if they don't want to. I suppose if they were really humanitarians though, they'd live on the streets and give their services away for free.
