Nobody is arguing against voluntary collective funding/bargaining for large service contracts and communal assets. If a service is a right, however, it must be provided at any cost and the service provider has a duty to perform at no cost.

How does the government make sure it's available? The government itself is not a physical being capable of performing a surgery. Let's say there are no doctors willing to work for the government at any price. What happens if the price is more money than the government has?
