If only it were so simple. I assume you would be upset with banks if they locked Kraken's money because of something you said. IPR and competitive advantages are also getting corroded away through help from the family, as per agreed contracts for market access. No easy answers

Banks are a special case because there is no public rail of last resort for fiat, and governments control the industry. AFAIK, banks in the US can shut down anybody's account for any reason. Most of these international game issues exist because of fiat currency manipulation.
