For me personally, I just use different accounts for personal and professional. Hell, I use entirely separately compartmentalized _devices_. Works for me. I assume that it doesn't work for Jesse's team or he wouldn't be bugging you about this. :-)

We have user-switching in test for our team and hope to release it for all soon. That'll help with this usage pattern. As for per-team user namespaces, it's a great idea but a much bigger change. We're always carefully weighing what to invest dev (and support) effort in.
