Can someone ELI5 how LTSE has an advantage or is differentiated beyond geography and imposing more rules on its listed companies? Can't any of the public companies listed on other exchanges optionally adopt the LTSE's requirements? If shareholders care, they can demand anything?

There is a lot of quarterly pressure on public company CEOs. It probably alters some of their long term decision making. I am sure many don't want to be fired for lack of short term performance.
