Can someone ELI5 how LTSE has an advantage or is differentiated beyond geography and imposing more rules on its listed companies? Can't any of the public companies listed on other exchanges optionally adopt the LTSE's requirements? If shareholders care, they can demand anything?

If I recall correctly, the entire impetus for the LTSE was that these founders and tech startups don't like having to report earnings 4 times a year.

10-Q is required by the SEC, not the exchange. It's up to the shareholders whether they want the company to optimize for quarterly vs long-term performance.

Hi Jess I have been a long term user of Kraken. I have experienced significant issues with the futures exchange and have as a result been parted with a lot of profit. Could you please look into my individual case and work to come to a fair just solution. Regards
