I find this hard to believe given the risks vs upside potential of this asset vs opportunity cost and performance of lending markets and recent financing attempts. We’ll see when it comes time for people to commit.
I agree with Jesse yet we will see this offering filled in the end I believe as Tether is important...

Who would hand their money over to people who have lied and abused their investors in such a way, except for those who cannot get honest people to handle their transactions? These are not people we should want to support.
"Risks" - "Opportunity Costs" - like these are a factor for this "investor" class.
