wen public announcement about how your handling this this customer destroying wick? - all other exchanges have made their customers right in this situation. Ive been in the reverse position never been tagged into these and I bet that's happened here for others.

Use your imagination Jesse. 5X margin and that wicked by 21%. Any and all safeguards ignored like the 40% margin level... I bet people didnt get tagged in just the way when it wicks up I don't get tagged in with my 'on the book' orders. I have historical issues with this.
