Sorry to see you go, Kevin. I wish the BSV community had been more outspoken about denouncing the frivolous lawsuit against Kraken. In the absence of any objection, we can only assume that the community's leaders represent the community. I hope the project finds its way.

Ripple never filed a lawsuit against Kraken, and XRP was already listed at the time of the personal dispute. It's hardly comparable, and it's fallacious thinking that one wrong would justify another. Hopefully, NC works out better for BSV than community consensus.

They sent you a cease and desist letter in an attempt to intimidate and silence you, Which is what the crypto community is alleging CSW did to hodlonaut & McCormack. That's what started this delisting campaign, not the Kraken lawsuit.

BTC consensus and crypto consensus mechanisms at large have been repeatedly undermined by social and sybil attacks. The BSV/BCH hash war was the first to allow true Nakamoto Consensus to decide, until some exchanges pre-emptively called the winner before other exchanges.
