Sorry to see you go, Kevin. I wish the BSV community had been more outspoken about denouncing the frivolous lawsuit against Kraken. In the absence of any objection, we can only assume that the community's leaders represent the community. I hope the project finds its way.

They sent you a cease and desist letter in an attempt to intimidate and silence you, Which is what the crypto community is alleging CSW did to hodlonaut & McCormack. That's what started this delisting campaign, not the Kraken lawsuit.

We had a business relationship so it’s not really analogous. What started the delisting discussion at Kraken was the lawsuit and it was great to have the community also supporting that path when we made the final decision.
