Sure. I think we, as a community, have shown that we will not tolerate bullies abusing the legal system as a means of shutting down dissenting opinions. Harassing and stealing from those who disagree with you is effectively a ban on free speech. Crypto is about open discourse.

Its not so much to silence the voices of people they disagree with, as it is to right the wrong voices. Using handle to mainly shill an altcoin as if it was the real deal, shame on you!

Real question is why anybody would call their project "bitcoin" when they don't own the .com or the Twitter handle. Seems like a brand disaster in the making from the start. With a market cap of $90b+, you'd think Bitcoin would be able to buy the identities if they're important.

Should gold "rebrand" because (hypothetically) a guy bought it early, who now works for a copper Co & markets copper as "the real gold". I think not. If "Bitcoin" is to buy to prevent mis-selling vs existing advertising standards rules, volunteers needed, there is no BTC company.
