Sure. I think we, as a community, have shown that we will not tolerate bullies abusing the legal system as a means of shutting down dissenting opinions. Harassing and stealing from those who disagree with you is effectively a ban on free speech. Crypto is about open discourse.

Plenty of people have harassed CSW but AFAIK nobody has attempted to universally block CSW from making his claims or stating his opinions by way of force/abuse of the legal system. Harassment/trolling is universal online. You need thick skin if you are going to make great claims.

Also, your removal of BSV has literally only harmed your customers who were users and owners of BSV. That includes me and many others. Only for im tied to your website through your MtGox dealings I would be closing my account for the childish way in which its behaved

If the BSV community cared about maintaining exchange listings, it would have stepped up to denounce the lawsuit filed against Kraken, and lawsuits against our investors, business partners and clients. Unfortunately, the association with BSV has been net negative for our business

So tell me what was the point of polling twitter? A poll of people which are not limited to your users. You knew what the poll result would be. Anyway, I wasn't aware of a lawsuit against Kraken specifically. Im still not sure how causing your customers issues helps

And as regards the court case, from what I can tell ye did conspire with other exchanges to insitute checkpoints to secure the outcome of the upgrading/forking of the BCH blockchain at the time. I dont know about the legality of it. Had the hashwar (1/2)

(2/2) been restricted to those who were consistently providing hash to secure the chain then it would have been a very different outcome. The transfer of hash from BTC in order to swing it was certainly not in keeping with the "morals" or norms of crypto
