Sure. I think we, as a community, have shown that we will not tolerate bullies abusing the legal system as a means of shutting down dissenting opinions. Harassing and stealing from those who disagree with you is effectively a ban on free speech. Crypto is about open discourse.

Plenty of people have harassed CSW but AFAIK nobody has attempted to universally block CSW from making his claims or stating his opinions by way of force/abuse of the legal system. Harassment/trolling is universal online. You need thick skin if you are going to make great claims.
I think people need to realise they cant behave like they do online. Hes well within his rights to defend himself against the claims of fraud. Hes taking part in a case that will likely go before Jury in Miami 30 March 2020 so his good name is key to his having a fair trial
Also, your removal of BSV has literally only harmed your customers who were users and owners of BSV. That includes me and many others. Only for im tied to your website through your MtGox dealings I would be closing my account for the childish way in which its behaved

If the BSV community cared about maintaining exchange listings, it would have stepped up to denounce the lawsuit filed against Kraken, and lawsuits against our investors, business partners and clients. Unfortunately, the association with BSV has been net negative for our business

Exposing a scammer in a public political debate about economics (BTC vs. BCH vs. BSV vs. fiat) is not "harassing" a scammer. People have been exposing the Calvin and Craig scammers and have been debating them. People did not "harass" them. Suing for saying words is harassment.

Also suing for coordinating an automatic checkpoint defense for BCH against the Calvin and Craig attackers, is harassment. First they PoW attacked BCH (harassment) and then after their attack failed, they started suing (= harassing) those who defended BCH from getting destroyed.
