Jesse--those perks exist where govts have devolved into oligarchies, stealing from the many to benefit the few. Why would anyone want their company based in a place like that?!?!? 🤠 A govt big enough to provide everything you want is powerful enough to steal everything you have

Hey, I was just hoping for some free stickers. I don't think we need to achieve oligarchy for governments to offer incentives to acquire and keep customers (tax payers). No income tax is a pretty great incentive but I would also consider *some* income tax + free stickers.

Why apply market logic to everything? Treat communities as customers and you'll lose community specific pos outcomes. Purely market based public services (NPM for New public management) reforms rarely achieve what they promise. Rather the opposite
