Some Googling and back of the envelope math... an alternative proposal for SF's budget and plan to address perpetual homelessness and drug addiction in the city (outside of the city). Is this crazy?

Are you suggesting that we turn our southern border into a wall where we send homeless people & addicts to staff it? Why the hell is crazy bullshit like this popping up on my feed?

No, that's not what I'm suggesting. The wall isn't my idea but staffing it could be part of the program if they choose to go and they get SF to sponsor them. You'd have to check with Twitter about your feed.
