I don’t think I’ll ever start or work for a company that doesn’t have a strong remote-friendly culture. I prefer the lifestyle of a distributed team and am more productive when I can choose my environment.

Completely agree. team of 800 is mostly remote with a few strategically located small offices of <50. Tools for remote collaboration keep getting better. Highly recommend it.
