Ya, and how about *when*? Whole thing reads like "we were cool with it but you guys don't understand, plus all that murder stuff is in the past so, eventually we will help them transition out to be a contracted service provider instead of employees so you stop bothering us."
Maybe, but at least this does send a signal that colluding with the Saudis can have negative career consequences.
