I’m not the one who lost 190 million. I am simply looking at the reward vs the total. Clearly a tough issue to resolve.

The missing funds are untraceable. Since no-one was informed of location and no one was aware of private keys or stored addresses he failed to have a contingency plan for the clients. It may be possible to search hard drives for the exchanges/wallets used from history data.

However due to no contingency or multisig set up the funds are stuck leaving the clients out of pocket.
